You must be aged 21 or above to register and play on kasiwin. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any funds held pending investigation.
Each player may hold only one kasiwin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, kasiwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings arising from the period of duplication.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Funds deposited for gambling purposes must not constitute borrowed money or funds held in trust for third parties. Withdrawal recipients must match the verified account holder identity.
All bonuses issued by kasiwin are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and validity periods. Attempting to abuse bonus structures, including through coordinated play or multi-accounting, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated systems or bots, exploitation of software errors, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. kasiwin cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation relating to financial crime or fraud on the platform.
kasiwin provides deposit limits, session time controls, self-exclusion, and access to responsible gaming resources. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering new accounts — doing so may have legal consequences under applicable regulations.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kasiwin ("the Company", "we", "us"). By creating a kasiwin account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the kasiwin platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Use of kasiwin is restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in the Player's jurisdiction of residence. kasiwin does not permit access by underage individuals under any circumstances.
2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are aged 21 or above; (b) you are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes; (c) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law; (d) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; and (e) all registration information provided is accurate and complete.
2.3 kasiwin reserves the right to require documentary verification of identity, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending satisfactory documentation.
2.4 Only one account per person is permitted. Players discovered to hold multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed, any pending withdrawals voided, and may be referred to relevant regulatory authorities where fraudulent intent is identified.
2.5 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of kasiwin or its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gambling on the platform.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kasiwin login credentials, including your username and password. kasiwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.2 You must notify kasiwin support immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. kasiwin will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification.
3.3 You must not share your account with any other person. All activity conducted through your kasiwin account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.
4.1 All financial transactions on kasiwin are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX. Available methods may change from time to time at kasiwin's discretion.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform at the time of transaction. kasiwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — kasiwin has no control over third-party fees.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, and in all cases to a payment instrument verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.4 kasiwin targets withdrawal processing times as follows: e-wallets (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) same business day. These are target timeframes and may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Deposits must represent the Player's own legitimately sourced funds. kasiwin prohibits the use of deposited funds for any purpose other than personal gambling entertainment. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering or financial crime will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in asset freezing.
5.1 Each game offered on kasiwin — whether live dealer, RNG casino, or sportsbook — is governed by its own game rules, which are displayed within the game interface or game information panel. These specific game rules form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 All bets are final once confirmed. kasiwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error by the system, placed as a result of a technical fault, or placed at odds that are demonstrably erroneous. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.
5.3 In the event of a disagreement between a Player and kasiwin regarding the outcome of a game or wager, the outcome recorded by kasiwin's server logs shall be the definitive record. In cases of live dealer games, studio footage may also be reviewed.
5.4 Winnings will be credited to the Player's kasiwin wallet upon settlement of the relevant game round or sports event outcome. Settlement timing for sports events depends on the conclusion of the event and any applicable waiting periods for official results.
6.1 kasiwin may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to individual terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods. These individual promotion terms are published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real money funds in a Player's wallet are used for wagering before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
6.3 kasiwin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may not be available to players identified as professional gamblers, arbitrage bettors, or bonus abusers.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on kasiwin and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the Player. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts during their exclusion period.

9.1 All content on the kasiwin platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and interface design — is the intellectual property of kasiwin or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any licence to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any kasiwin content without express written authorisation.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kasiwin shall not be liable for: (a) any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond kasiwin's reasonable control; (b) any loss of data, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform; (c) any actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with your transactions.
10.2 kasiwin's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under kasiwin's operating licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authority and thereafter to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
11.2 Players wishing to raise a formal complaint must first contact kasiwin support via the live chat channel. Formal complaints not resolved at support level will be escalated to kasiwin's compliance team within five business days. If the matter remains unresolved, Players may refer the dispute to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.
12.1 kasiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of kasiwin following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
13.1 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
